About Me

Born and raised in Montreal, Jonathan has lived in Vancouver for over 30 years and has been active in real estate and marketing since 2002. In addition to his many years as a licensed REALTOR, he has also successfully redeveloped numerous high-end single and multi-family properties on the Westside of Vancouver. With over two decades of residential real estate experience, Jonathan has a clear understanding and first-hand knowledge of all the elements that go into a successful transaction. He will guide you through this process with a minimum of stress – whether it’s the purchase of a small condo, or the sale of a multi-million dollar estate property. His extensive experience in property development brings added value to those seeking to redevelop, renovate or build a custom home. Prior to joining Sutton West Coast, Jonathan was a top producer at Dexter Associates, and was recognized with their Elite Award for 5 consecutive years.
