After months of searching and a number of showings with Jonathan, we finally came across a home on which we were ready to place an offer.   Jonathan provided us with sound advice for an opening offer and insisted on presenting our in person to the seller.  I believe this personal touch was a key step in obtaining the property for us at the right price.  We will be using Jonathan for our next real estate transaction and recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell without hesitation
